HOKA Semi de Paris: Redefining the Standard
The weekend wasn’t just about a race; it was about the culmination of months of disciplined preparation. You showed up, locked in, and left it all on the roads. To the PB Protocol runners who flew with us: you didn’t just meet the standard—you redefined it.

There is a profound shift that happens when training meets the starting line. For the PB Protocol collective, the streets of Paris transitioned from a practice track into a stage for peak performance. The effort witnessed across the 21.1km course is exactly what drives this community to keep flying higher—a reminder that while the preparation is calculated, the execution is pure heart.
Every stride through the capital was a testament to the hours spent in the Speed Lanes, turning a collective ambition into a physical reality.

The data from the weekend tells a story of elite-level consistency. Of the 48 PB Protocol athletes who took to the start line, 29 secured new personal bests, proving that the methodology of the program translates directly to the clock. With the men averaging a blistering 1:09:37 and the women averaging 1:16:13, the squad didn't just participate in the HOKA Semi de Paris; they led the charge.
A Personal Best is a private victory, but the momentum that carries you there is fueled by the energy of the pack.

Beyond the elite wave, the spirit of the Protocol expanded globally. Over 8,700 runners secured their own 10k PBs through the Speed of Light Strava Challenge, proving that the "quiet obsession" with improvement resonates far beyond the Parisian city limits.

When the preparation is right and the community is locked in, the limits don't just move; they disappear.
As the weekend wraps up and the medals find their homes, the focus already begins to shift toward the next horizon. The HOKA Semi de Paris was a milestone, but it is not the destination. This is just one chapter in a much larger story of performance and grit, with plenty of PBs left to be written. The wings are already spread for what’s next.
Next up for our UK runners: London.
